Step 1: Schedule Your Free Buyers Consultaiton

When it comes to buying a home, it is important that your Real Estate agent is aligned with your wants, needs, and concerns. As your Buyers Agent, we will meet to discuss the buying process from start to finish, including your desired communities, price range, and housing style. We start off with a discovery meeting to meet each other, create a strategy, and begin your search.

Step 2: Understand Affordability with a Mortgage Pre-Approval

Your budget is an extremely important factor in your house shopping experience. If you are financing a home, you will need to get a mortgage pre-approval from your bank or Mortgage Broker. If you need recommendations for a Mortgage Broker, I have a great network of professionals to help you with your Real Estate transaction.

Step 3: Start Your Search with Scott

Once I have an understanding of what you’re looking for in your next home, I will set you up with a customized portal to see the latest listings on the market. From there, we will start to plan out viewing properties either in-person or virtually (depended on your preference).
